Much had been publicized about the upcoming shows of GMA Network, particularly their dramas, which includes Grazilda, Bantatay, Koronang Papel, Chrysa, I Heart You Pare, Captain Barbell, Claudine's soap, Coffee Prince and the korean drama Temptation of Wife.
According to our source, Ilumina might have an extension but will surely end before we jump over to the next year. On the other hand, the Philippine Adaptation of Endless Love will end on October. After Survivor Philippines, it was not yet definite if it would be replaced by Captain Barbell. But another intriguing addition to the offering of GMA Drama is the show to be starred by its Tweenstars. According to reports, Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, Kristopher Dangculos, Joyce Ching and Bea Binene will be starring on a school drama.
Aside from their dramas, GMA also enriches their game shows with Asar Talo to be hosted by Edu Manzano. It could also be noted that the network is putting double efforts on allocating local shows instead of foreign shows. However, their timeslot is not accommodating its stars for they have decided to compel stars on a single show.
GMA will also offer original story dramas on their phenomenal afternoon block with Koronang Papel which will be starred by Iza Calzado. According to our source, there are already other original story shelved which will be placed on the said block.
Still, many shows are in the hiatus production status. If ever, they would be given a chance to be aired, they have potentials to be a hit compared on the other shows of other networks produced.
